Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partner within 1-2 business days of confirmation.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99, shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery timelines

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within India. We currently ship only within India.

Order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. A shipment tracking update will follow once your order is handed to our courier partner.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact support@a1exotics.in with your order number and we will investigate with our courier partner.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and phone number are correct at checkout. A1 Exotics is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
